Hello Darling Mini album

SCRAPBOOK FOLIO STYLE #1

I wanted to share my "Hello Darling" Scrapbook folio album with you today. This is a multi-functioning mini album, it has

20 pockets and over 25 tags and mats. This is a 7x7 scrapbook folio it can be used for many things. I found the tutorial for this album on YouTube by Super Happy Scrapper. She has many amazing tutorials on YouTube that are very easy to follow even if you are new to paper crafting,

The paper collection I used for this album is from JoAnn's Craft store. I love the metallic features and the floral patterns and the fact that it is also a very good quality paper.

I had so much fun doing this one, it only took a day or so with a busy schedule. But if you have the time to complete it in one setting then my guess would be only a couple of hours. I hope you enjoy this tutorial!

My Name Is Carlie Hucks and this is My Blog

I am so glad that you have chosen to take this time to read my blog. I am new at this and willingly to accept the fact that I am bound to make plenty of mistakes on here including spelling and punctuation, but I have been inspired to write about and share the things I love. So thank you again for joining me here on this blogging adventure! LETS GET STARTED.

    There is no good place to start and trust me I have been contemplating for hours (no kidding). I have spent a lot of time researching how to start a blog, how to keep a blog going, and how to make money using your blog, and blah blah blah. They say keep to one topic, don't talk about yourself to much, find your center (sigh) Yeah I cant do that, there are to many things that I enjoy, and love doing to just blog about one thing. So I am making it a point to avoid everything I have read, and just do my own thing. I will start with talking about myself.

       Once again my name is Carlie Hucks and I am a wife, mother, student, singer, and crafter, and most recently blogger. My major is education, educating children has been a passion of mine for a long time. I was inspired by my grandmother who was a teacher for private schools for 27 years( WOW). She was incredible as well and I want to be the same way... Incredible! I have also always wanted to be a wife and mother and in 2011 I was blessed and found my soul mate, and two and a half years later we have a baby boy that we name Carson.

My life couldn't have gotten any better, So I thought if I was going to be a mother I needed to start working on creating a better future for my child. So just a few months after we found out about the pregnancy my husband and I both enrolled in our local state college. (Third best thing I have ever done)

So now that you know a little about me, I hope that all my readers enjoy my blog, my knowledge and experiences ahead of being a mother, wife, future Teacher, and anything else I may dive into as my life moves ahead. So please follow me to share this life adventure with me,
